Bluebell
Zone 4 - 8 / Full sun University of Minnesota breeding program aimed at grape varieties for table use, plus juice, and jelly production. It is very cold hardy, early ripening, and disease resistant. This blue, seeded table grape has a delightful, fruity, mild Concord-like flavor and thick skin. It produces a juice with delicate light red color that makes an attractive and unusual juice or jelly.
Edelweiss
Zone 4 - 8 / Full sun This very early ripening, white grape produces large clusters, and is primarily for table, juice and jelly uses. When the fruit is harvested early, it can also make a sweet white wine with mild, fruity labrusca flavor. The vines have excellent disease resistance but may require winter protection for reliable fruiting in USDA Hardiness Zones 4 and 3.
